A Deeper Look at the Word "Empathy"

In this second post, we take a deeper look at the definition(s) and origins of the word "empathy." 

The Empathy Project centers around the word empathy, of course, and in our efforts, I’d like to focus more fully on what the word means. We’ll also look at what empathy does not mean in our case of discussing the need for or lack of empathy in online environments.
